We all know of the Horizon scandal and how the implementation of this new IT system brought about the reckless jailing of the Sub Postmasters.
Why are the toffs responsible for such outrageous distortions of our legal system never prosecuted?
There once was a couple
Whose dream was to be
A service to their neighbours
And part of their community
They bought a sub Post Office
With money they’d saved
With a red sign above it
Secure future now made
A new computer system
Horizon by name
Was brought in to help them
Things will never be the same
All systems need debugging
As they enter real life
To sort out the problems
And minimise strife
But Horizon was so different
The expert help to support
Did nothing to solve problems
But took them to court
